Create graphics, brand assets, and seasonal creative direction, that where used in Overstock marking campaigns, across multiple marketing channels. Assisted in Art Directing in test photoshoots in collaboration with the Overstock photo studio to create unique engaging imagery.
Organized and led meetings with multiple teams, as well as approved more junior designers work, and help with mentorship with junior members of the team. Worked with recruiting in the hiring process to secure up and coming talent for the Overstock visual design team.
Lead the conceptual direction for one of our largest no holiday sales. The object was to translate, STYLISH, COOL, & SEXY into the home space. By utilizing our individual products as one would use a model in a high fashion spread, we where able to created a distinctive look that made us standout versus other home online retailers in our space.
