Zappos.com is the one leading online footwear retailer in the United States. They are a company that is know for having the best customer service. But they are still relatively unknown to many different markets across the country as well as few knowing that large selection of clothing, accessories, and housewares that Zappos carries. So for the "What is Zappos?" we want to introduce people to the brand and all that it has to offer.
